Terms of Service

1. General Provisions

TOMNI is a platform for relationship development and comprehensive child development. The Platform includes two main sections:

• TOMNI for adults (18+) -- tools for couples: desire menu, compatibility quizzes, AI coaching, private chat, couple journal, and other features for deepening relationships
• TOMNI Kids (6-17 years) -- a safe environment for children: logic worlds, AI mentor Tomik, safe moderated chats, skill tree, and development system
• The Operator is a personal data operator in accordance with Federal Law No. 152-FZ "On Personal Data"
• Personal data processing and storage is carried out on the territory of the Russian Federation in accordance with FZ-242

2. Terms of Use

To use the Platform, you must meet the following requirements:

• For the adult section: age of at least 18 years. The section contains adult content and is strictly not intended for minors
• For TOMNI Kids: age from 6 to 17 years. Registration is only possible with the consent of a parent or legal guardian
• Registration requires providing accurate data: email and password (for adults), nickname, birth year, and PIN code (for children)
• Each user must comply with these Terms and the applicable laws of the Russian Federation
• Use of the Platform for purposes contrary to law, morality, or the rights of third parties is prohibited

3. Account

Account responsibility:

• You bear full responsibility for keeping your password (for adults) or PIN code (for children) confidential and must not share them with third parties
• All actions performed under your account are considered as performed by you
• If you suspect unauthorized access, immediately contact the Operator at admin@tomni.ru
• Creating multiple accounts by one user is prohibited (except for having both adult and parent accounts)
• The Operator has the right to block an account for violation of these Terms

4. Content and Moderation

Rules for content posting and moderation:

• Posting illegal content is prohibited, including materials violating Russian Federation law
• Content containing personal data of third parties without their consent is prohibited
• Spam, mass mailings, fraudulent schemes, and malicious software are prohibited
• The Operator applies AI moderation for automatic filtering of content that violates the rules
• The Operator reserves the right to remove any content without prior notice if it violates these Terms or RF law
• The user grants the Operator a non-exclusive license to use uploaded content for the purpose of providing Platform services

5. AI Features and Recommendations

The Platform uses artificial intelligence technologies:

• The AI coach for adults provides relationship recommendations, "relationship weather" forecasts, and conversation topics
• The AI mentor Tomik for children helps with learning, answers questions, and supports skill development
• AI content is for informational and entertainment purposes only and is NOT professional psychological, medical, or pedagogical advice
• The Operator is not liable for decisions made based on AI recommendations
• AI systems use anonymized user data to improve recommendation quality

6. Children's Accounts

Special terms for users aged 6 to 17:

• Registration of a children's account implies the consent of a parent or legal guardian
• Upon account creation, a unique parent code is generated allowing the account to be linked to parental controls
• A parent or legal guardian has the right to view the child's activity, including chats and progress
• A parent has the right to request deletion of the child's account and all associated data at any time
• All chats in the children's section undergo AI moderation to ensure safety
• The friend-code system ensures friends are added only by unique code, preventing contact with strangers
• The Operator undertakes to provide additional protection of children's personal data in accordance with FZ-152

7. Payment and Subscription

Payment terms for Platform services:

• Basic Platform functionality is available free of charge with established limits
• VIP subscription expands functionality and removes restrictions. Pricing is listed on the subscription page
• Payments are processed through secure payment systems (YooMoney and others)
• Refunds are made in accordance with the RF Law "On Consumer Rights Protection" within 14 days of purchase
• The Operator has the right to change subscription pricing with at least 30 days prior notice
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled by the user before the end of the current period

8. Limitation of Liability

The Operator's liability is limited:

• The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of fitness for particular purposes
• The Operator does not guarantee uninterrupted Platform operation and may perform maintenance
• The Operator is not responsible for the content of user-generated content
• The Operator's maximum liability is limited to the amount paid by the user in the last 12 months
• The Operator is not liable for damages caused by use or inability to use the Platform
• Nothing in these Terms limits consumer rights provided by RF law

9. Personal Data

Personal data processing is carried out in accordance with the Privacy Policy available at /privacy. By registering on the Platform, you consent to personal data processing in accordance with FZ-152 "On Personal Data." Detailed information about data collection, storage, and processing is set out in the Privacy Policy.

10. Changes to Terms

The Operator has the right to amend these Terms. We will notify you of significant changes by email or through the Platform at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you disagree with the changes, you may discontinue use and delete your account.
